1. Overview
GammaBaba ("we", "us", "our") operates a web-based SaaS data visualization platform located at gammababa.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GammaBaba is a software analytics tool that visualizes publicly available US equity options market data. We process raw data — including open interest, volume, and implied volatility — and display it as interactive heatmaps, candlestick charts, 3D volatility surfaces, and comparison dashboards. We are a data visualization SaaS product.
3. Not Financial Advice
The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All data, charts, metrics, and analyses presented on the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
4. No Trade Execution or Fund Custody
GammaBaba does not execute trades, connect to brokerage accounts, hold customer funds, or facilitate money transfers of any kind. The Service is a read-only visualization layer on top of publicly available market data.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
6. Accounts
To access certain features you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. By subscribing you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then. We offer a 14-day refund policy: if you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Renewals beyond the first billing cycle are non-refundable.
9. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. You use the data entirely at your own risk.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically extract data from the Service beyond normal usage; (b) resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding on the Service are owned by GammaBaba and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GammaBaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which GammaBaba operates.
