๐ด Flow Pulse
Flow Pulse summarizes real-time option order flow into a few clean signals. Instead of watching thousands of prints, you get a net premium pulse per index and a market-wide composite, so you can tell at a glance whether flow is leaning bullish, bearish, or indecisive.

Flow Pulse dashboard โ SPY / QQQ / IWM panels + composite bar
What Each Panel Shows#
- Net Premium line โ Bullish premium minus bearish premium, aggregated over the rolling window. Positive = call-buying / put-selling pressure; negative = the opposite.
- Rolling totals โ Running totals of bullish and bearish premium over the chosen window (5m / 15m / 30m).
- Commentaryโ Short auto-generated summary of the panel's current state (e.g. "bullish pressure cooling" or "sharp bearish spike").
The Composite Bar#
The composite bar at the bottom combines SPY, QQQ and IWM into a single market-wide read. It's a quick answer to the question "is the overall options tape leaning one way right now?"
๐ก The composite weights the three indices equally. Individual tickers can be bullish while the composite is muted โ that's often a sector rotation signal rather than a market-wide move.
Toolbar Controls#
- Window โ 5m, 15m or 30m rolling aggregation.
- Threshold โ Level at which a panel is considered significantly bullish or bearish.
- Sound โ Optional single/double beep when a panel crosses the threshold.
How to Read It#
- Both SPY and QQQ bullish โ broad risk-on flow on large caps and tech.
- IWM bearish while SPY / QQQ bullish โ small caps being faded even as mega-caps run.
- Composite flips sign mid-session โ worth checking Live Flow for the trades that drove it.
